Introduction to East Acton Ward

East Acton ward is the largest in area of all the twenty three wards which make up the London Borough of Ealing. It stretches from south of the Uxbridge Road in Acton Vale to the bridge at Willesden Junction Station and the boundary with the London Borough of Brent.

There is a wide diversity of residential properties from large social housing schemes such as the Vale Estate to large detached and semi-detached villas.

East Acton is also home to most of the Park Royal Industrial Estate which is the largest industrial estate in Europe employing around 45,000 people. The Gypsy Corner area on the A40, also known as the Southern Gateway to the Park Royal Estate, is the subject of plans for major redevelopment for commercial use, over 2,000 flats and student accommodation for 700.

So, you will see there is plenty to keep us busy.
